Hotel La Fenice Rome

De kamer was ruim, prachtig ingericht en 100% schoon. We hadden onze eigen koffie- en theefaciliteiten, televisie en zithoek. Natuurlijk was het hotel ideaal gelegen, op loopafstand van zowel het treinstation als het gezellige stadscentrum. Parkeren op straat was gemakkelijk en na 21.00 uur gratis. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd, met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Het personeel was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kortom, een geweldig hotel op een toplocatie.

This hotel was excellent value for money, offering affordable prices for a stay in the heart of the city. The location was unbeatable, with major sights within minutes walking distance and a lovely view of Rome from the rooftop terrace. The friendly staff and excellent service added to the overall positive experience.

During my recent stay at Hotel La Fenice, I experienced a slight issue at check-in. I had to wait for a short while for the receptionist to return, but the staff quickly resolved the situation and even offered me a room at their sister hotel for the night. This level of attentiveness and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was commendable. Despite this minor hiccup, I was pleased with the overall service and amenities provided by Fenice. The location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was a good start to each morning. Despite the small setbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in the central area of the city. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and a renovated bathroom. The hotel provides free minibar with a variety of drinks. The breakfast offered good options and there was a lovely terrace for outdoor enjoyment. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the city center. The staff was cute and internet connection was excellent.

The central location is perfect, with many of the top sights within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served at the rooftop terrace is a delightful start to the day with excellent fresh coffee.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Warm and cozy hotel, perfect location, pleasant breakfast on the open balcony, pleasant and warm rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was small, but it was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, TV, and free WiFi. The mini bar was a great bonus, with complimentary drinks and snacks that were replenished daily.

The customer service at the hotel was poor. The staff member we dealt with was rude and unhelpful.
